Insurance Questions
Some insurance providers will cover the cost of lap-band surgery completely, where other insurance providers will partially cover the cost of lap-band surgery or will not cover the cost of the procedure at all. Every insurance provider is different concerning what they will and will not cover. Any questions regarding whether the lap band procedure is covered by your insurance should be directed to your insurance provider (Procedure Code: 43770).
